Crisis Intervention and Legal Services

License to Freedom offers crisis intervention and case management to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and trafficking victims that include free consultation and legal services. Each client has the benefit of implementing a safety plan in order to best meet their needs. Our lawyers are there each step of the way to ensure our client is not alone in legal processes of divorce, restraining orders, child custody, child support and more. Our Domestic Violence Advocate team and case managers provide ongoing, personalized support to survivors. Available 24/7, they help clients navigate the complexities of their situations, offering emotional support, safety planning, and connection to resources. 

License to Freedom provides free consultations and services. We provide shelter for domestic violence survivors.

San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program

License to Freedom partners with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program (SDVLP) to guarantee free legal services and representation for divorce cases, restraining orders, child support and custody, employment, housing, benefits and more. Please contact us for any questions at (619) 401-2800.

Domestic Violence Intervention Program

We provide a 52 week court mandated Domestic Violence Intervention program for men. 

Our domestic violence group therapy program are low-cost and court approved.

Arabic sessions meet on Thursdays.

Farsi/Dari/Pashto meet on Wednesdays.
