Our weekly yoga classes are led by certified instructors trained in trauma-sensitive approaches. These sessions are more than movement; they are a space for grounding, breathing, and reclaiming control over one’s body. For many participants, this has been a life-changing way to reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and feel supported in a community that understands.
